• You already have a first solid 1-5 years experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) and know your way around client development and sourcing
• You're resilient, autonomous, and business-driven, a "no" doesn't scare you; it's just a "maybe" in disguise
• You're fluent in English + French or Dutch
