Our Finance team in Brussels is on the lookout for a new colleague who’s not just looking for “a new job” – but a next step. Think more autonomy, more strategy, more impact… and possibly even a leadership track.

What the role involves:

Managing and growing your own finance client portfolio (accountants, controllers, CFOs…)
Advising clients strategically and understanding the bigger picture
Supporting candidates throughout the full recruitment process
Becoming a true reference in your niche: both for clients and candidates
Helping shape the commercial direction of the finance team
Optionally mentoring junior colleagues if leadership is your thing

What we're looking for:

2 to 3+ years of experience in recruitment: preferably in finance, but open to other sectors
Native-level Dutch speaker with solid French or English skills
Someone who’s ready for more: more ownership, more challenge, more growth
Strategic mindset, commercial drive, and solid resilience
Quality-driven, proactive, and eager to make a real impact
