And now? We’re looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to join our Brussels team and shake things up.

What will you do?

Pick up the phone. Often. Cold calling, warm calling, LinkedIn, emails : prospect like a pro and build your own portfolio from scratch.
Hunt down tech talent like a true recruiter-sniper. You'll convince the best candidates to join your clients.
Create your client and candidate base from A to Z : you’re basically the CEO of your own market.
Be the go-to person. Clients trust you, candidates love you (well, most of them).
Work closely with a buddy who’ll show you the ropes and help you grow fast : like, really fast.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in any field : we like curious minds, not cookie-cutter CVs.
Native-level Dutch or French speaker with good English skills.
Thrives on rejection : "no" just means “not yet” to you.
Has energy, ambition, and the drive to become an expert in their field.
Enjoys a good laugh, learns fast, and doesn’t mind a bit of healthy chaos.
