What you will do :

Own and grow your own client and candidate portfolio in the exciting world of IT.
Source, pitch, negotiate : from cold call to signed contract, you’re in the driver’s seat.
Manage the full recruitment cycle with a sharp eye, quick reflexes, and a good gut feeling.
Work hand-in-hand with candidates and clients : you're the trusted matchmaker who just gets it.
Keep your pipeline full, your process tight, and your standards even tighter.
Bring ideas to the table : if you can dream it, you can pitch it.

Profile :

A first experience or strong interest in recruitment or sales: maybe you’ve interned, maybe you’ve side-hustled, or maybe you’ve just got that energy.
Fluent in Dutch or French and comfortable in English.
Eager to learn, fast to adapt: you don’t need to know everything, but you’ve got the drive to figure it out.
Not afraid of the phone: cold calls, warm leads, LinkedIn stalking… it’s all part of the game.
Naturally curious, resilient, and proactive: you see “no” as step one, not the end.
Team player with an entrepreneurial twist: you're excited to build something, not just follow a script.
Organized, sharp, and fun to be around: bonus points if you bring snacks to the office.
