✨ Senior Finance Recruiter in Brussel wanted✨

We’re now looking for a senior recruiter who’s ready to take the lead in Brussels, bring some extra firepower to our finance division, and let’s be honest, make a real impact.


Your mission:

  • Running and expanding your own client portfolio: think scale-ups, corporates, and everything in between.
  • Reaching out to new clients: by phone, LinkedIn, events, networking… no magic formula, but plenty of freedom.
  • Building real partnerships with existing clients: long-term trust over quick wins.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle: intake, sourcing, interviews, placement, follow-up.
  • Coaching and advising candidates: you know when to cheer, but also when to say “this isn’t the right fit”.
  • Close collaboration with our Brussels & Antwerp teams: brainstorming, sharing know-how, and celebrating wins.
  • Taking part in shaping our commercial strategy:your voice actually matters here.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in finance or a commercial niche.
  • FR/NL + EN wanted
  • Commercially sharp with an eye for opportunities and the guts to chase them.
  • Resilient: rejection won’t break you, it motivates you.
  • A people-person: results-driven, but you know recruitment is first and foremost about humans.
  • Ready to join a team in full growth mode and add your own touch to the story.
