Recruitment Consultant | Function :

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible, together with your team, for a well-defined portfolio of clients and candidates.

360° Role (clients and talents)
Management of a client portfolio (meetings, interviews, negotiations)
Search and selection of talents
Make them match! Participate in interviews and negotiate their contracts
Search for new collaborations and business opportunities
Negotiation of commercial conditions

Recruitment Consultant | Profil & Evolution

In 2 years you can become an expert manager in your field, with a salary that can increase by 25 K€ ! Meritocracy is at the heart of our DNA. You will be an actor in your own development. The more you perform, the more you get the salary you deserve

After 7 to 9 months: Advanced recruiter
Between 9 to 12 months later: Senior recruiter
More or less 12 months later become Managing Consultant

You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or human resources
You speak English AND French or Dutch
A first professional experience is a plus (6 months – 2 years experience in sales or recruitment)
Dynamic and open-minded, you have the devotion and the motivation to join a start-up
Eager to learn? You are a fast learner, and you adapt yourself very quickly
Perseverant and resilient, you are known for doing the extra-miles
You have a winning mentality
