Sander Brussels is on the look for his next rockstar to join our team as a Senior Recruiter !

Cold calling doesn’t scare you, your pitch is tight, and you know recruitment is first and foremost about building real trust, on both sides.

At Sander, we’re not just looking for a recruiter: we want a true sparring partner, someone who can hunt rare profiles, close deals like a pro, and help junior consultants grow their skills and confidence.

Sander is a team of ambitious, passionate, slightly crazy recruiters, focused on the IT, HR, and Finance markets.

We love challenges, building things from scratch, and shaking up a sector that sometimes takes itself too seriously.

With offices in Brussels and Paris, we’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a senior key player to boost our presence on the Belgian market.

Your mission:

Build your own client portfolio from scratch
Hunt top talent (sourcing, LinkedIn, calls, InMails, events… whatever works the best)
Be the go-to person between clients and candidates, the one they call for high-stake missions
Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from briefing to closing and glass of champain
Take part in commercial strategy, business development and internal growth projects
Coach and challenge junior recruiters, with kindness, but firmness too

Your profile:

At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house – we’re open)
A true hunter mindset, who doesn’t shy away from rejection and always finds another way
Strong in sales, comfortable with cold calling, KPIs, and negotiation
Someone eager to grow in an entrepreneurial environment where things move fast
Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a big plus)
Ambitious, driven, hands-on and not afraid to get your hands dirty
