Zscaler IAC Engineer
We’re hiring a Zscaler Specialist to play a pivotal role in the rollout and operation of our ZIA, ZPA, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) platforms
You’ll work hands-on with engineering teams, architects, and security leaders to secure connectivity, onboard apps, and enforce access policies in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Role
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Zscaler ZIA and ZPA platforms
- Onboard internal/cloud applications and define fine-grained Zero Trust access policies
- Support automation and repeatability via Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform / Ansible
- Troubleshoot secure connectivity, DNS, policy enforcement, and app access across environments
- Apply principles of clean architecture, cyber risk management, and information security
- Ensure web security and modern endpoint management align with enterprise standards
- Collaborate across infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure robust and scalable solutions
- Create and maintain documentation to support compliance, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence
Profile
✔️ Core Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, ZTNA
- Solid background in networking and cybersecurity (DNS, IPsec, firewalling, segmentation)
- Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and secure automation
- Clear understanding of clean architecture, risk-based access controls, and endpoint protection
- Strong grasp of web security, encryption, and identity & access management (IAM)
Technical Skills
- Tools: Terraform, Ansible, Python, GitHub/BitBucket
- Security: SWG, IAM, encryption, authentication management
- Bonus: CI/CD pipelines, build & release automation, network segmentation, firewalling

Zscaler certifications (ZCCA-IA / PA, ZCSE) highly valued
