This time, we’re growing our Finance team in Brussels and we’re on the lookout for someone who’s ready to dive into the action and shake up the market with a fresh, no-nonsense approach.

What’s the mission?

Turn companies into clients through cold calls, InMails, emails,... whatever works for you
Hunt for finance talent, spot the potential others miss, and guide them through the recruitment journey like a seasoned matchmaker.
Build a client portfolio from scratch, from the first call to closing the deal and beyond, it’s all hands-on.
Become the point of contact: trusted advisor, sparring partner, and talent scout rolled into one.
Collaborate, learn from the best, laugh a lot, and do even more placements.

Who’s going to thrive here?

Someone with a bachelor’s degree (field doesn’t matter, brains and curiosity do).
Native Dutch speaker with a good command of French or English.
