IT Recruitment Consultant – 360°

As an IT Recruitment Consultant – 360°, you own the full recruitment cycle in the Technology space, with a strong B2B focus. You manage both client relationships and candidate pipelines : from sourcing top tech profiles to closing deals.

•    Develop and manage a client portfolio in the IT/Tech B2B sector across Brussels

•    Run end-to-end recruitment processes: briefing, sourcing, screening, presenting, closing

•    Build and nurture lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers

•    Proactively prospect and open new client accounts

•    Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks and talent strategy

•    Contribute to team targets and Sander's growth in the technology practice

•    Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales in B2B or in recruitment (agency or in-house tech)

•    Proven track record in client development and business generation

•    Bilingual French & English

•    Bachelor's degree minimum

•    Commercially driven, resilient and relationship-oriented

•    Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced agency environment
