Legal Recruitment Consultant – 360°

As a Legal Recruitment Consultant – 360°, you manage the full recruitment cycle: business development on the client side and talent identification on the candidate side. You're the trusted advisor for both law firms and legal professionals in Brussels.

•    Develop and manage a client portfolio of law firms, legal departments and international organisations

•    Run complete recruitment processes from intake to offer: sourcing, screening, presenting and closing

•    Build a strong network of legal talent (lawyers, paralegal, legal counsel, compliance profiles)

•    Provide market insights on salary trends, candidate availability and legal sector dynamics

•    Prospect and open new mandates through proactive business development

•    Ensure a high-quality, confidential experience for every candidate and client

•    Minimum 3 years of experience in legal recruitment (agency or in-house) or a legal background (lawyer, legal counsel) looking to transition into recruitment

•    Solid understanding of the Belgian and Brussels legal market

•    Bilingual French & English

•    Bachelor's degree minimum

•    Entrepreneurial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, commercially driven

•    Precise and highly professional in all client and candidate interactions
