Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails / React)

As a Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Join a team of experienced developers and work on both new features and the long-term evolution of our web and mobile platform.
• Contribute and develop features end-to-end, from backend architecture to frontend experience.
• Build clean, efficient and user-friendly interfaces.
• Work on APIs, authentication, third-party integrations, and performance optimization.
• Actively participate in tech and product decisions — we value developers who think beyond the code.
• Work hand in hand with the rest of the team (design, customer success, sales, marketing).

Our Stack:

• Backend: Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Sidekiq, ElasticSearch, Devise, AWS, Mailchimp
• Frontend: React, Material UI v5, Webpack, Axios, CSS
• Dev & Ops: GitHub, GitHub Actions (CI/CD), Heroku, Sidekiq, RuboCop, Brakeman, RSpec

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 6 months of experience working with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Understands modern web architecture (HTTP, MVC, APIs) and has good software design instincts.
• Writes clean, maintainable code and values testing and security.
• Thinks product-first: curious, autonomous, business-minded, and always keep the end-user in mind.
• Speaks French, Dutch, or English.
• Bonus: Experience in SaaS is appreciated.
