Our client is looking for a Senior Financial Controller in the South of the Flemish Brabant.

Role
- Financial analysis and performance tracking: Assess results against forecasts, historical data, and strategic plans to identify variances and evaluate profitability at both team and Group level.
- Budgeting and strategic alignment: Prepare forward-looking budgets that support departmental goals and align with Colruyt Group’s broader strategy.
- Reporting and consolidation: Produce accurate financial reports, consolidating diverse data into clear summaries that support informed management decisions.
- Team leadership: Lead the controlling team, ensuring coordination with finance and business stakeholders for seamless collaboration.
- Strategic support: Analyze the financial impact of new initiatives and trends, providing actionable insights and risk evaluations to senior leadership.
- Actionable recommendations: Translate analysis into concrete proposals to support strategic objectives and maintain financial health.
- Ad hoc analysis: Conduct in-depth studies on cash flow, working capital, and key financial metrics to address specific business needs.
Profile
- You have a degree in Finance
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a controlling role or audit
- You identify as being analytical, have a growth mindset and communication skills
- You are proficient in French, English and Dutch
