We are looking for a Business Controller for one of our client, a well-established and rapidly evolving player in the real estate sector, based in Brussels.

Role:
- Lead the implementation and follow-up of the budget
- Take charge of forecasting updates and analysis
- Provide ad hoc business insights and reports tailored to strategic needs
- Present your findings and recommendations directly to management
- Drive tool implementation and help optimize existing systems
Profile:
- A degree in Finance, Economics or Management Sciences
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Controlling, Financial Controlling or Audit. Auditors are highly encouraged to apply!
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and/or French, are confident in the other national language, and speak English at a professional level
- You are proficient in Excel and enjoy streamlining processes as well as exploring new tools
- You are known for your proactive mindset and ability to go the extra mile
- You are a true team player: supportive, communicative and reliable
