We are looking for a Business Controller for one of our client, a well-established and rapidly evolving player in the real estate sector, based in Brussels.

Role:

Lead the implementation and follow-up of the budget
Take charge of forecasting updates and analysis
Provide ad hoc business insights and reports tailored to strategic needs
Present your findings and recommendations directly to management
Drive tool implementation and help optimize existing systems

Profile:

A degree in Finance, Economics or Management Sciences
At least 3 years of experience in Business Controlling, Financial Controlling or Audit. Auditors are highly encouraged to apply!
You communicate fluently in Dutch and/or French, are confident in the other national language, and speak English at a professional level
You are proficient in Excel and enjoy streamlining processes as well as exploring new tools
You are known for your proactive mindset and ability to go the extra mile
You are a true team player: supportive, communicative and reliable
