To support its continued growth, the Belgian HR team based in Brussels is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist who can oversee end-to-end payroll operations, with a strong technical focus and a role as a key point of reference for the team and internal stakeholders.

Function

Manage the daily payroll operations for a variety of employee types (locals, expats, seconded staff, etc.).
Lead initiatives to optimize compensation structures and continuously improve payroll-related processes.
Provide technical guidance to the payroll team and ensure high-quality, compliant execution.
Handle complex cases and employee queries with professionalism, discretion, and accuracy.

Profile

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Law or a related field.
You have at least 3 years of experience in payroll, ideally within an international environment.
You demonstrate strong knowledge of Belgian social and labor legislation, including payroll regulations and multi-status environments.
You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
You’re known for your precision, structured approach, and ability to provide sound advice and solutions.
