One of our clients is looking for a motivated and experienced HR and payoll Admin Officer to support various administrative and organizational tasks within their Human Resources department.
You will contribute to the achievement of HR objectives by ensuring accurate and efficient handling of personnel-related matters.
HR & Payroll Officer | Function
- Processing of medical certificates
- Checking sickness absences in eBlox calendars during monthly closing
- Managing on-call duty administration
- Group and hospitalization insurance
- Requesting medical control visits (company doctor)
HR & Payroll Officer | Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or an equivalent
- At least 1 or 2 years of experience in an HR position
- Fluent in Dutch and French
