Microsoft Expertise & Awareness

• Share Microsoft best practices and expertise within the IT team, covering M365, Azure, Entra, and Active Directory.
• Actively promote Microsoft awareness across the organization through coaching, documentation, and targeted support.
• Ensure IT staff knowledge and practices are aligned with Microsoft’s roadmap and tools.

Cybersecurity & Identity

• Provide continuous cybersecurity support within Microsoft environments (Entra, AD, Azure Information Protection).
• Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Manager.
• Enhance security posture by aligning Microsoft configurations with ISO/GMP standards and internal cyber governance.

End-User Empowerment

• Continue and extend the “Midis du numérique” training program, coaching staff to deliver sessions autonomously.
• Ensure a regular cadence and high quality of end-user training and support.
• Support EGT members to ensure confident and secure use of Microsoft tools.
• Assist with the configuration, testing, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot (all users + Pro version).

Microsoft Projects – To be Finalized

• Intune Phase 2: Integrate all mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, rugged devices) for improved security and management.
• Azure Information Protection (AIP): Deploy company-wide classification and protection of sensitive information.
• Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT): Optimize computer configurations leveraging prior deployment expertise.

Expected Outcomes:

• IT team fully empowered to operate autonomously within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• All staff trained and confident in using Microsoft tools securely.
• Strengthened security layers across identity, data, and device management.
• IAM implementation advanced in coordination with Cybersecurity.
• Continuity and completion of Microsoft projects as scoped.
