Your responsibilities

To assist on complex corporate and M&A transactions within the Business Law team
To draft and review agreements, corporate documentation and procedural documents
To translate legal analyses into pragmatic and business oriented advice
To interact directly with clients under partner supervision
To progressively take ownership of files and manage deadlines independently

Ideal Profile

1 to 3 years of experience in Corporate Law, ideally with exposure to corporate advisory and M&A
Master in Law with demonstrated interest or specialization in Corporate Law
Fluent in Dutch with strong command of French and English
