Your responsibilities

Managing Corporate matters representing approximately 70% of your workload, including restructurings, M&A and governance issues
Advising on shareholder arrangements, capital operations and corporate reorganisations
Handling Commercial law matters representing approximately 30% of your practice, including drafting and negotiating strategic agreements
Supporting clients in contractual risk assessment and business structuring
Managing selected corporate and commercial disputes
Working autonomously while closely collaborating with the partner and team members

Ideal Profile

3 to 6 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law
Fluent in French and English with good command of Dutch
Master in Law
