To strengthen their team in Zemst, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who is open to regular travel within Europe.
HR Business Partner - Role
- Responsible for the full Employee Life Cycle: managing the complete process for both blue- and white-collar employees, from onboarding to offboarding, performance reviews, etc.
- Supporting and contributing to People & Culture projects, with a focus on promoting well-being, growth, and leadership.
- Coaching and encouraging employees to grow and learn.
- Providing strategic HR advice to colleagues and management.
HR Business Partner - Profile
- Min.of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner across various companies or sectors.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Willingness to travel within Europe at least twice per month.
