We are actively looking for an AZ Accountant for one of our clients active in the services industry and located in Brussels. 


This company is a leading provider in its sector with operations primarily across Europe and North America. With over two decades of experience, the group employs more than 5,000 professionals and supports several million individuals worldwide covering a broad range of services.

Our client is looking for an AZ Accountant to take full ownership of the operational and analytical accounting. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient financial management.

The company’s internal processes are currently in transition, but our partner has a strong goodwill and commitment to drive positive change. This role offers a real opportunity to make an impact: helping build more streamlined systems, implementing best practices and contributing to a more mature and efficient processes. 



Function:

  • Managing the full accounting process from A to Z
  • Booking of sales & purchases invoices
  • Processing bank statements
  • Preparing and submit VAT returns
  • Assisting with monthly and annual closings
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Contributing to process improvements of the accounting procedures and tools 


Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • At least 4 years of experience in AZ Accounting
  • You speak French and have a good proficiency of Dutch
  • You are proactive, hands-on and comfortable taking full ownership of accountancy in a dynamic environment
  • You bring structure, clarity and accuracy to processes while staying adaptable to change
  • You communicate effectively and work collaboratively to drive continuous improvement
