Your responsibilities

Managing M&A transactions from letter of intent to closing
Drafting and negotiating transaction and corporate documentation
Advising on corporate structures and implementing reorganisations
Supporting corporate governance matters and shareholder issues
Contributing to the strategic development of the Corporate M&A team

Ideal Profile

6 to 7 years of experience in Corporate and M&A
Belgian Master in Law
Excellent command of Dutch and English, good knowledge of French
