Our client is an international business law firm looking for a Corporate/M&A lawyer with a portable client portfolio to expand its Brussels practice.

Your duties and responsibilities

Develop and manage your existing client portfolio in Corporate and M&A matters
Advise national and international clients on transactions, restructurings and corporate governance
Lead negotiations and supervise M&A transactions from structuring to closing
Contribute to the development and visibility of the firm’s Corporate practice in Belgium
Collaborate with colleagues across other practices and international offices

Ideal profile

Experience: 8+ years in Corporate/M&A within a law firm with an existing portable client portfolio
Languages: French and English required; Dutch is a strong asset
Qualifications: Belgian law degree and admission to the Belgian Bar
