What you’ll be doing ?

Manage your recruitment from A to Z: sourcing, screening, presentations, closing.
Develop your client portfolio through prospecting (yes, that means cold calls, but we love it 💪).
Become the go-to contact for your market/niche.
Collaborate with your team, share wins, and celebrate successes.
Grow in power: more responsibilities, more impact, more growth.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s): any field, really
English and French/Dutch
Someone curious, energetic, and ready to work hard (but also laugh along the way)
A sponge mindset: eager to learn and evolve quickly
Not afraid of a phone, a challenge, or a new target
Someone who wants more than a job: a real career path
And yes, someone with ambition (even if you hide it behind your chill vibe)
