One of our clients is actively looking for a Relationship Manager in Wealth for UHNWI in Brussels. 

An innovative and fast-growing wealth management company is looking for a Wealth Manager to support its commercial expansion and strengthen its presence among affluent private clients and entrepreneurs.


Your Role


As a Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients while contributing directly to the company's growth.

You will advise clients on investment strategies, support them in building long-term wealth, and help expand assets under management through business development initiatives and relationship building.

This role combines financial expertise, client advisory, and entrepreneurial sales skills within a dynamic and technology-driven environment.


Role

Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting
  • Build relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and affluent individuals
  • Conduct meetings with prospects and present tailored wealth management solutions
  • Identify client needs and convert opportunities into long-term relationships


Investment Advisory

  • Advise clients on investment strategies aligned with their financial goals, risk profile, and time horizon
  • Recommend and explain portfolio allocations and wealth planning solutions
  • Support clients in making informed financial decisions


Portfolio Management

  • Open and onboard new client accounts
  • Monitor portfolio performance and recommend rebalancing when appropriate
  • Ensure client portfolios remain aligned with their objectives and market conditions


Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and digital communication channels

Deliver a high-quality client experience focused on trust, transparency, and responsiveness 

Profile

Education

  • Master's degree in:
  • Finance
  • Economics
  • Management
  • Engineering
  • Business Administration
  • Or a related discipline


Experience

  • Experience in:
  • Wealth Management
  • Private Banking
  • Investment Advisory
  • Financial Planning
  • Asset Management
  • Financial Sales
  • Strong understanding of investment products and portfolio construction


Business Development Skills

  • Natural commercial mindset with a passion for relationship building
  • Comfortable prospecting and developing new client relationships
  • Ability to build trust with high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs
  • Strong networking capabilities


Languages

  • Fluent in Dutch
  • Professional level of French and/or English
