One of our partners, active in the construction industry, is looking for their next L&D Business Partner to design and develop new training programs! If you have a motivating spirit and enjoy being hands-on in the field, this opportunity is for you !
L&D Business Partner | Function
- Assess employees’ training and development needs
- Implement initiatives aimed at developing employees’ skills
- Foster a learning culture to strengthen employees’ technical know-how
- Manage projects within your domain in collaboration with the L&D team and the administrative team
L&D Business Partner | Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Solid experience in Learning & Development and project management
- Fluency in French and Dutch is essential; English is a plus

- A gross monthly salary that reflects your experience in HR
