Junior Security Officer - Your role

Promote quality and information security policies through staff awareness and continuous improvement.
Develop, update, and coordinate documentation for QMS and ISMS, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and corporate requirements.
Document audit findings, report observations, and oversee corrective and improvement actions.
Support risk assessment exercises to enhance security and quality management.

Junior Security Officer - You are a perfect match if

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity or 2 years of experience in Cybersecurity.
Proficient in office tools and documentation (policies, procedures, work instructions, audit reports, meeting reports, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with effective interpersonal communication in English, French and Dutch.
Demonstrates diplomacy, empathy, active listening, and teaching ability in interactions.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, logical reasoning, and synthesis skills.
