Your responsibilities
· Advise clients on mergers & acquisitions and corporate reorganisations.
· Assist on corporate governance and company law matters.
· Participate in capital markets transactions.
· Collaborate with Tax, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Employment and Banking teams on multidisciplinary projects.
· Develop trusted relationships with entrepreneurs, private equity investors and international clients.
Ideal Profile
· You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Corporate Law.
· You hold a Belgian Master's degree in Law with excellent academic results; an LL.M. is a plus.
· Dutch is your native language (or equivalent), with an excellent command of English and a good knowledge of French.
· You are analytical, pragmatic and eager to learn.
· You enjoy teamwork and have a genuine interest in business and corporate transactions.
