Your duties & responsibilities

Advise Belgian and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters.
Assist on corporate transactions, restructurings and contractual negotiations.
Handle both advisory and litigation files depending on client needs.
Advise clients active in regulated industries, including financial institutions.
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and corporate documentation.
Work on regulatory, compliance and security-related legal matters.
Manage your own files with direct client contact while collaborating closely with experienced partners.
Participate in cross-border matters alongside international legal experts.

Ideal profile

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer in Corporate, Commercial or Business Law.
Languages: Native French or Dutch with a good command of the second national language and professional English.
Qualifications: Belgian Master's degree in Law with excellent academic results. An interest in financial regulation or compliance is considered a strong asset.
