Your duties and responsibilities:
- Advise international clients on matters related to technology, data protection, cybersecurity, telecoms, and digital law.
- Draft and negotiate complex IT and outsourcing agreements.
- Support clients in regulatory compliance and data management projects.
- Collaborate with corporate, finance, competition, and dispute resolution teams on cross-border projects.
- Contribute to innovative legal strategies and client-focused solutions.
Ideal profile:
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in TMT, IT, or data protection law.
- Languages: Native Dutch speaker with an excellent command of English and a good knowledge (or at least passive knowledge) of French.
- Qualifications: Master’s in Law; an LL.M. or postgraduate degree in IT/Data Protection law is an asset.
