Role

What You’ll Be Doing

• Represent clients in IP litigation, including patent and trademark disputes and enforcement actions

• Advise on complex issues in regulatory IP, geographical indications, and parallel trade

• Draft and negotiate IP-related commercial agreements

• Contribute to strategic advisory work involving unfair competition, media and TMT

• Work closely with partners and sector experts in a truly collaborative environment

Profile

• You have 3 to 6 years of experience in IP litigation and/or advisory, preferably in a top-tier law firm

• You are a Dutch or French native speaker with excellent command of English

• You hold a Belgian Master in Law and are passionate about IP and innovation
