At Squarehub, we’re on a mission to revolutionize recruitment in the world of construction, engineering & architecture. But we can’t do it without an enthusiastic, proactive, and resilient intern to join us on the journey. This internship isn’t about sitting on the sidelines and taking notes. It's about getting stuck in, making an impact, and learning how the industry works — all while having a blast with a team that’s driven, supportive, and seriously fun. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to dive in headfirst, own their tasks, and bring a fresh perspective to our growing business.


What you’ll be doing (and learning!):

Month 1: Mastering the art of outreach.

  • You’ll dive into our candidate database and start calling future talents to help them join the platform.
  • Your voice is the first step in their next career move!

Month 2: Time to get strategic.

  • Spot cool jobs posted by clients, match those roles with the right candidates and help them apply.
  • You’ll write engaging emails to HR managers with all the practical info.


But that's not all! Alongside your day-to-day, you’ll also:

  • Join client meetings (on site or via Teams) to follow up on their needs and feedback.
  • Keep candidates updated on interview processes and guide them through every step.
  • Support recruitment strategies and talent management processes.
  • And most importantly — help people land their dream job. Yes, for real!


This isn’t an internship in name only — you’ll see your impact, and your ideas will be heard. And if you’re curious about other areas like marketing or sales, we’re all ears.
