Our partner is an international, technology-driven organisation looking for a System Engineer to strengthen its internal IT team. System Engineer - The Role

System Administration: Manage and maintain Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID and user access.
Workplace IT & Support: Troubleshoot incidents, support end users and ensure the smooth operation of workplace applications, devices and collaboration tools.
Endpoint Management & Security: Work with Microsoft Intune, software deployment, patching, endpoint security and backup operations.
Infrastructure & Connectivity: Support network connectivity, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and meeting room technologies, with Linux knowledge considered a plus.
IT Operations & Vendor Management: Manage IT assets, licences and equipment while coordinating with external IT suppliers to resolve technical issues.
Projects & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to varied IT projects, improve existing processes and documentation, and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation.

System Engineer - The Profile

You have at least 3 years of experience in System Engineering, System Administration, Workplace IT or a similar hands-on role.
You have solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID and SharePoint Online.
You have practical experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management tools, alongside a good understanding of networking fundamentals.
You enjoy troubleshooting complex issues, taking ownership and finding solutions rather than simply following routine procedures.
You are proactive, service-oriented and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
You communicate confidently in English and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds.
