HR Business Partner
Our partner, active in business services, is currently looking for an HR Business Partner in the Brussels region.
An international and fast-growing organization is looking for an HR Business Partner to drive local “soft HR” initiatives and support managers and teams in their development.
Role
- Act as the primary HR partner for managers: provide guidance on HR issues, develop tailored solutions, and support operational decision-making.
- Define and manage the local training offer: select providers, develop the training catalog, monitor quality, and oversee the training budget.
- Lead talent development processes: performance reviews, people reviews, career discussions, internal mobility, and development plans.
- Manage offboarding processes and propose operational improvements.
- Analyze employee engagement survey results and implement initiatives to improve satisfaction and team cohesion (events, internal initiatives).
- Ensure HRIS data accuracy and effective usage: reporting, manager support, system configuration, and coordination with central HR teams.
Profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Work Psychology, or related field.
- 3–8 years of HR experience, including at least one role as HRBP or HR Advisor (preferably in an international or multi-site environment).
- Fluent in French and Dutch; professional English required.
- Strong interest in skills development, training, and employee engagement.
- Digital-savvy, comfortable with HRIS systems and reporting.
- Autonomous, service-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and project management abilities.
