Role

Work closely with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and translate them into clear, functional specifications.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of business requirements, system processes, and key functionalities.
Partner with designers and developers to shape system capabilities that truly align with business goals.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear, consistent communication at every step.
Play an active role in Agile ceremonies, help prioritize the backlog, and support user acceptance testing to ensure every solution delivers real value.

Profile

You’re fluent in English and confident in at least one of the following: French or Dutch.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, business management, or a related field.
You’ve got solid experience in functional analysis or a similar role, ideally within tech-driven or software-oriented environments.
You’re comfortable presenting solutions — whether it’s to developers, stakeholders, or non-technical audiences.
You have sharp analytical skills and can easily turn complex business processes into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements.
You communicate with ease, collaborate naturally, and know how to tackle problems from multiple angles.
You’re a team player with a collaborative mindset and a drive to build solutions that truly work.
