Employment Lawyer (3–7 years’ experience)

Your duties and responsibilities

  • Advise clients on all aspects of employment and social security law, both individual and collective.
  • Participate in HR transformation, restructuring projects, and social audits.
  • Represent clients in employment-related litigation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (corporate, tax, real estate, etc.) on cross-practice mandates.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Ideal profile

  • Experience: 3–7 years in employment & social security law, ideally in an international or business-oriented law firm.
  • Languages: Native in French or Dutch, fluent in English.
  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in Belgian law; an additional specialization in employment law is a plus.
