Your duties and responsibilities
- Advise Belgian and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law (contracts, dismissals, restructurings, etc.)
- Support corporate transactions and reorganisations on employment-related matters
- Draft and review legal opinions, contracts, and negotiation documents
- Handle litigation cases before Belgian labour courts
- Collaborate closely with Corporate, M&A and Litigation teams on multidisciplinary projects
Ideal profile
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in employment law within a law firm or international environment
- Languages: Native Dutch speaker with an excellent command of French and English
- Qualifications: Belgian Master’s degree in Law, ideally complemented by a postgraduate or LLM
