Your responsibilities

Advising clients on individual and collective employment law matters
Handling employment litigation and dispute resolution
Supporting clients on pensions and employee benefits issues
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated HR solutions
Contributing to client relationship development and team growth

Ideal Profile

4 to 8 years of experience in Employment Law (law firm or in-house)
Law degree with strong academic results; additional qualifications are a plus
Fluent in Dutch or French and English
Client-focused, pragmatic and entrepreneurial mindset
