Your responsibilities

Managing complex employment and benefits files, including cross-border matters
Advising clients on strategic HR and workforce-related issues
Drafting high-level legal opinions, policies and procedural documents
Contributing to litigation and dispute resolution in employment law
Participating in client development initiatives and team growth projects

Ideal Profile

3 to 8 years of experience in Employment and Benefits Law
Native Dutch speaker with excellent command of English and good knowledge of French
Master in Law from a Belgian university with strong academic results, an LL.M. in Social Law being a strong asset
