Your responsibilities
- Advise Belgian and international clients on acquisitions, investments and strategic corporate transactions.
- Participate in legal due diligence exercises and transaction structuring processes.
- Draft, review and negotiate transactional documentation, including share purchase agreements and ancillary documents.
- Support clients throughout all phases of a transaction, including post-acquisition integration matters.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive business-oriented solutions.
Ideal profile
- Belgian Master of Law; an additional degree relevant to Corporate / M&A is considered an asset.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Corporate / M&A, including exposure to share deals, asset deals, corporate reorganisations and private equity transactions.
- Fluent in English and French, with strong drafting, communication and analytical skills.
