Our client is an international top-tier law firm looking for a Dutch-speaking TMT Lawyer to strengthen its Brussels office.

Your duties and responsibilities:

Advise major international clients on a wide range of technology, data protection, cybersecurity, telecom, and digital law matters.
Work closely with internal teams (corporate, finance, competition, dispute resolution) to deliver integrated legal solutions.
Draft and negotiate complex IT and data-related contracts.
Support clients in regulatory compliance projects linked to technology and innovation.
Contribute to cross-border projects and international coordination.

Ideal profile:

Experience: 3–5 years as a lawyer in TMT, IT, data protection or related areas.
Languages: Native Dutch speaker with an excellent command of English and at least a passive knowledge of French.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in law; an LL.M. or specialisation in IT/data law is a strong asset.
