Role

Hunt down the best IT talent through LinkedIn, networking, and digital tools, kind of like a private investigator, but cooler.
Understand client needs and match them with the perfect candidate, think Cupid with a laptop.
Develop and manage your own client portfolio, cold calls, emails, coffee chats, and placements are part of your playground.
Work closely with your teammates to match profiles to projects, team spirit is non-negotiable.

Who you are :

You're either just getting started or have a first experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles.
Comfortable on the phone and in meetings : you can create connection, not just conversation.
You’re a team player with the drive to work independently : you get things done.
Curious, proactive, and resilient : you don’t sit and wait, you jump in and learn.
Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a solid grasp of English : it’s Brussels, after all.
