Your function – HR Generalist
· Oversee both Soft and Hard HR functions.
· Ensure exceptional Employee Experience.
· Engage in HR transformation alongside stakeholders.
· Support HR Business development efforts.
Profile – HR Generalist
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or in a similar field.
· Fluent in Dutch and French
· A first experience years in HR Management field.
· Trustworthy, collaborative spirit, digital proficiency, and analytical insight.
