One of our partner is currently looking for a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to play a key role in aligning our people strategy with business objectives.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment.
HR Advisor | Function
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, career development, and professional growth
- Manage HR operational processes including absence tracking, payroll coordination, leave registration, and insurance policies
- Liaise with staffing and recruitment agencies to ensure efficient talent pipelines.
- Lead the recruitment process
- Support employees in their personal and professional development through coaching and career pathing
HR Advisor | Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Fluent in Dutch and French
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
