Your duties and responsibilities
- Advising Belgian and international clients on all aspects of employment and HR law
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and remuneration structures
- Handling individual and collective dismissals, restructurings and reorganisations
- Assisting clients with international mobility and cross-border employment matters
- Drafting legal opinions, conclusions and supporting litigation in employment law
- Participating in strategic discussions and adapting services to new legislation
- Working closely with colleagues in Belgium and abroad on international files
Ideal profile
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in employment law (law firm or similar environment)
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (Dutch is an asset, not a must)
- Qualifications: Belgian law degree and admission to the Belgian Bar
