Your responsibilities
- Advise national and international clients on acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
- Work on share deals, asset deals, corporate transactions and private equity matters.
- Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction structuring.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documentation.
- Support clients with post-deal matters, including integration.
- Work on cross-border transactions alongside international teams and act as a key point of contact for clients.
About you
- You hold a Belgian Master's degree in Law; an additional degree relevant to M&A is an asset.
- You have 2 to 6 years of experience as a lawyer, with broad transactional experience including share deals, asset deals, corporate and private equity transactions.
- Experience with transactions in the real estate sector is a plus.
- You are passionate about transactions and driven by getting the deal done.
- You are a native French speaker and fluent in English.
