Role
- Hunt down IT profiles like a pro: from devs to analysts, youâll dig through LinkedIn, job boards, and maybe even the dark web (kidding⊠kind of)
- Develop your portfolio of clients: Build those relationships like youâre the matchmaker of the recruitment world â find the perfect fit and make magic happen!
- Guide recruitment processes from A to Z: calls, briefings, interviews, feedback loops, and candidate placements
- Act as the go-to person for both clients and candidates, making sure everyoneâs aligned and on board
- Collaborate with your teammates (weâre big on sharing wins, tips, and motivation)
- Stay curious: follow tech trends, talent shifts, and market news like itâs your daily scroll
Profile
- Youâve got that "challenge accepted" attitude, when someone says âthatâs hardâ, your eyes light up
