Your responsibilities

Advise Belgian and international clients on acquisitions, investments and strategic corporate transactions.
Participate in legal due diligence exercises and transaction structuring processes.
Draft, review and negotiate transactional documentation, including share purchase agreements and ancillary documents.
Support clients throughout all phases of a transaction, including post-acquisition integration matters.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive business-oriented solutions.

Ideal profile

Belgian Master of Law; an additional degree relevant to Corporate / M&A is considered an asset.
2 to 6 years of experience in Corporate / M&A, including exposure to share deals, asset deals, corporate reorganisations and private equity transactions.
Fluent in English and French, with strong drafting, communication and analytical skills.
