Your duties and responsibilities?

You will be involved in a broad range of corporate matters, including:

Advising on M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side)
Assisting in private equity and venture capital deals
Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and investment documentation
Supporting clients with corporate restructurings and governance matters
Managing files with increasing autonomy and direct client exposure
Working closely with partners and senior associates on complex transactions

Ideal profile?

Experience: 3–6 years’ experience in Corporate/M&A within a reputable law firm
Languages: Native French, excellent command of Dutch and English
Qualifications: Belgian Master in Law (LL.M. is a plus), strong academic record
