We are looking for an experienced M365 (Level 3) to join the Infrastructure team of a major public utility organization based in Brussels.
In this role, you will provide advanced technical support, maintain Microsoft infrastructure, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's IT environment.
You will act as the escalation point for L1/L2 support teams, resolving complex issues across Microsoft technologies, endpoint management, and core infrastructure services.
Role
As a Level Engineer 3, you will:
- Provide Level 3 technical support for Microsoft infrastructure, servers, Microsoft 365, Intune, and network services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents involving:
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Entra ID
- DNS & DHCP
- Microsoft 365
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Teams & Teams Rooms
- Intune
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Monitor infrastructure using tools such as SolarWinds, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft 365 administration portals.
- Administer Active Directory and Entra ID, including user accounts, group policies, MFA, Conditional Access, and licensing.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot devices through Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, Compliance Policies, Configuration Profiles).
- Investigate and respond to security alerts generated by Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIS2 security standards.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Network teams on cross-functional incidents.
- Participate in infrastructure improvements and migration projects.
